1. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their service subscription or project engagement by providing written notice to us at least 30 days in advance. Cancellations made within the active service period may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in your specific service agreement.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our digital services and custom development work, we generally do not offer refunds for work already completed and delivered. However, we are committed to client satisfaction:
- Retainers/Subscriptions: Pro-rated refunds may be issued for unutilized months of a prepaid subscription if cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
- Project Milestones: Payments made for future milestones that have not yet been commenced may be refundable upon mutual agreement.
